How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider. This is a local pest or wildlife business that is part of our network. It is not Allfailing Pest Control. The provider owns its work, its prices and its schedule.
Allfailing Pest Control stays in the background. We pass along your request. After that, the conversation is between you and the provider.
What Happens on the First Call
The first call is short. Expect questions like these:
- What pest or animal do you think it is?
- Where in the home did you see it?
- When did it start?
- What type of home do you have?
This is where your photos and log help. Read from your notes. The provider then explains the next step. That is often a visit to look at the problem and give a written quote. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
You are the customer. Ask anything. These questions are a good start:
- Are you licensed for this work in my state?
- Do you carry insurance?
- What do you think is causing the problem?
- What steps will the job include?
- What products or methods do you use? Are they safe for kids and pets?
- Is the quote in writing? What does it include?
- Is there a follow-up visit? Is a repeat visit part of the price?
- How do you keep the pest from coming back?
Costs vary by job. A single-visit bug treatment is often a modest price. A big wildlife or termite job costs more. Always get a written quote. Compare more than one if you like.
Write Down the Answers
Keep a simple log. Note the provider's name, the date and what you were told. Save the quote. Save any receipts and reports. These records help if a problem returns. They can also help if you talk with your insurer. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
You Are in Control
You do not have to say yes. Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask for time to think. You can ask for a second opinion. You can say no.
If something feels rushed or unclear, pause. A good provider will explain things again in plain words.
Ready to Talk to a Provider?
Gather your photos and notes. Then send a request. A provider in the network can look at your situation and share a written quote.
Request a callback
Tell us what you found at home. Send the request form with a few photos, and a local provider in our network can follow up with next steps.
